ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - AGINCARE UK LEOMINSTER

Agincare Leominster is based in the centre of Leominster, and is part of the Agincare group. The branch covers Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire and all surrounding areas and villages, with services delivered both under contract of the Local Authority, and on a private basis.

Working closely with Service users, their family/representatives, Local Authority, supporting agencies and Health Professionals, Agincare Leominster aims to ensure that Service users rights, choice, dignity, respect and privacy are maintained, whilst keeping them safe, ensuring well being and therefore enabling them to remain in their own homes as independently, and for as long as possible.

Agincare Leominster provides Services to Older People with a variety of needs relating to physical health or disability, learning disability, Mental Health problems, Dementia.

Our aim is to provide a quality service that is person centred and meets your every need, our multi trained staff are on hand to ensure that the best possible care is given, with respect and dignity and with consideration for your personal preferences.

Care Workers employed with Agincare follow a rigorous recruitment programme, with checks on employment history, professional references and enhanced CRB checks obtained. All Care Workers have an initial three day induction course, followed by ongoing training programmes and updates throughout their employment. All staff are encouraged to begin working towards their Diplomas in Care

Our staff are supported in their work by our dedicated office team and support from head office management services.
