ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - AGINCARE UK FERNDOWN
Our office is based on the main high street in the town and there is ground floor access which is suitable for all service users, however, the manager would be happy to visit service users at home should they wish. The office is open from 8 am to 6 pm and will cover the immediate geographical area surrounding Wimborne, Ferndown and Ringwood.
We provide a quality service to our clients some pay for their care privately and some are referred to us by the PCT and the local authorities of Hampshire and Dorset with whom we have very good relationships. We actively work in partnerships with GPs, District Nurses and other health care professionals with whom we also enjoy positive relationships.
Agincare offers a wide range of services which are tailored to individual needs and a commitment to supporting people in their own homes though from low level support services such as shopping and cleaning, to 24 hours live-in care for people with high levels of personal care needs.
All of these services are complementary to each other, or they can be used separately depending upon the needs of the individual. We operate the same robust approach to the recruitment and training of all staff as required by regulations relating to the provision of personal care.
