Welcome to Aden Court Care Home
Aden Court is a purpose built care home, situated in the Moldgreen area of Huddersfield, close to amenities, with good access by public transport and Tolson Park which is ideal for a local gentle stroll.
Aden Court is dedicated to providing exceptional person centred care to meet the social and personal care needs of each resident.
Aden Court has single bedrooms across two floors, each with en-suite facilities, accommodating up to 40 residents.
We employ experienced staff who continue their professional development with further training to ensure that the best 24 hour support is provided to those living at Aden Court.
The ethos of care at Aden Court is to provided a balance between promoting and supporting independence whilst providing personal residential care. Staff respect the rights of each resident, maintaining their dignity and independence at all times.
