Situated on the outskirts of Bexleyheath, Kent, Adelaide is a purpose built 76 bedded care home offering Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Respite care. At Adelaide Care Home Residents have a choice of lounge areas which feature comfortable and specially designed furnishings.

At HC-One our experienced Home Managers and members of staff ensure kindness is at the heart of everything we do.
Our Residents receive professional care delivered with thoughtfulness and respect, in a friendly, homely and supportive environment, where quality of life is paramount.
Our Chefs pride themselves in knowing the tastes of our Residents and preparing a choice of fresh, nutritional meals and catering for any dietary and cultural needs
Hobbies and interests
Our Activities Co-ordinator spends time with Residents to ensure popular pastimes are included:
• Group activities
• Art and crafts
• Quizzes
• Professional entertainers
Residents also enjoy organised trips to local places of interest, such as the bird sanctuary, eating out at local pubs and cafes and shopping trips.
Many of our Residents find the one-on-one time with our members of staff particularly enjoyable.
Outdoor areas
Residents often enjoy watching the wildlife that visit our garden and feeding the birds that visit the birdhouse.
