ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ACREFIELD HOUSE
Acrefield House is registered to provide care and support for up to twelve adults with a learning disability and who may also have additional complex health conditions and sensory impairment.
Placement at Acrefield may be an opportunity to develop living skills in readiness for more independent living, for others it will be a lifespan service, providing for an individual’s changing needs. Strong links with community health service providers ensures support with continuing health needs.
Situated on the Wirral Peninsula, Acrefield has good transport links via the motorway network and is only a few miles from the coast, with a wealth of local beauty spots.
