- Economic support, including shopping, reading and paying bills, personal finances
- Housing related support
- Home maintenance and gardening
- Food preparation
- Person centred care planning
About Me Care and Support aims to provide our customers with a comprehensive care and support package of the highest quality within their own home community. To achieve this we endeavour to provide flexible, efficient and personalised services. We will treat each person with respect and sensitivity, whilst promoting that person's independence, choice and dignity.
