Abbots Grange Care Home is a large detached property owned by Westholme Care Home Limited. It is situated in a residential area approximately one mile from Oldham town centre. The home provides personal care and accommodation for up to 40 people. On the day of our inspection 10 people were living at Abbots Grange Care Home.
