ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - ABBEYFIELD CARE HOME CLITHEROE
Abbeyfield Care Home is registered with the Care Quality Commission to provide care and support to 29 adults, and to 11 adults with dementia. People assessed as having specific needs relating to dementia live in a 'dementia unit'. The home is purpose built and situated in a semi rural area on the outskirts of Clitheroe town centre. There are ten off street parking spaces, including one for people with physical disabilities. Abbeyfield Care Home is part of a 'not for profit' organisation and overseen by a trustee management committee.
