At 46 Derby Road we offer services to three men with learning disabilities and some challenging behaviour.
All individuals living at Derby Road benefit from a person centred staff team who have knowledge and training to encourage and support individuals to lead a more independent lifestyle. We encourage activities, education, leisure, social inclusion and empowerment.
All individuals are involved in choosing how they wish to receive their support and put together their support plan to meet their individual needs.
46 Derby Road is situated within walking distance to local amenities and the town centre and is accessible via public transport.
