ABOUT LOCAL CARE HOME - 38/40 STOKE GREEN
38 - 40 Stoke Green is a spacious home in a quiet area within walking distance of Coventry city centre. The home offers support to four individuals with learning disabilities and behaviours which challenge.
Each person has their own room with en-suite facilities, which can be decorated and adapted according to their choices and needs.
Everyone living at 38-40 Stoke Green is fully involved in all aspects of their life, including designing Person Centred Plans and Positive Behavioural Support Plans and weekly house meetings. We promote independence and encourage individuals to develop their social and emotional skills.
