There is not one member of staff that Mum isn't happy with, that shows what a great team you have. All of you do an amazing job.
With Mum having a few issues a few months ago with her memory and anxiety you all stepped up the game and were there to put anything into place that would help. I am eternally grateful to you all.
Thankfully with medication Mum is so much better, she is happy and loves living in the home.
Have a wonderful Christmas and keep up the good work for 2014.
